What you'll do


£18,000-£22,000 per annum

Full Time (Weekend work is essential)

Must have current admin/call centre leadership or managerial experience.

£1 a day parking located near store, some free spaces also

As an Admin Manager at Specsavers you’ll bring the energy to motivate and encourage the wider team, ensuring our high standards are maintained at all times.

Leadership skills are crucial. This means leading by example and inspiring others to strive for excellence, providing the best possible customer care.


With your previous Admin experience and solid knowledge of what an excellent team looks like – you’ll manage day-to-day operations, ensure goals are met, develop opportunities and support with the recruitment & induction of new staff members.


We’re looking for an expert team leader who is organised, approachable and supportive – making people feel confident and free to input their ideas and suggestions.
