Role: Administration / Scheduling Assistant 

Salary: £24,000

Hours: Full time Monday to Friday 

Holidays: 28 days including bank holidays + your birthday off


We are actively recruiting an Administration / Scheduling Assistant to join the lovely team here at Specsavers Domiciliary based in Barry. 


Working within a busy fast paced office environment, you will help to plan the clinics and schedules for the clinical teams that are out providing eye care services to patients in their own homes across South Wales. You will also be making and taking calls from customers and care home clients scheduling appointments, updating customer records as well as route plan visits for the field-based teams. Organising deliveries to patients and general customer care is a big part of the role. 


The role requires great attention to detail as well as strong administration and customer care skills. You must be PC literate and have an excellent telephone manner.
