About the store
Hounslow Specsavers sits on a busy highstreet and enjoys a large footfall. It opened the Audiology hub in 2017 and it currently services 2 spokes; namely Twickenham and Richmond. Hounslow enjoys a large and regular NHS customer base. There is further potential to drive the private side of the business further.
The busy store boasts 10 optical test rooms and the hub benefits from the use of 2 fully equipped audiology rooms; 1 dedicated Audiology room and another dual purpose but kitted with a sound booth. The audiology room is equipped with the latest clinical technology including Otoscopes and Pure Tone Auditmetry (PTA) tests meaning you will have everything you need to perform hearing tests to the highest possible standards.
Hounslow Specsavers has a team of approximately 40 people, including 2 dedicated admin personnel and a Hearcare Assistant (HCA). The existing Partners are both really passionate about the clinical development of the team, and as the new Audiology Director you would have the scope to advise on training requirements, introduce new specialisms and build/shape the team further as required.
The store is located on the busy highstreet in Hounslow, West London. The building is fairly new and was fully refitted in 2018. The town is very busy and enjoys a large footfall and the store is no different. The Audiology rooms are on the first floor but accessible by both stairs and a lift. Staff Parking is available on site.
Alongside being a qualified and HCPC registered Audiologist with the drive, passion and willingness to maintain the customer-focused culture and the high standards of this successful store. As the new Audiology Partner, you’ll be able to provide a unique blend of customer care and professional excellence. You’ll be able to build a rapport with the existing team, demonstrate excellent attention to detail and possess an ability to build strong relationships within the local community.
