Specsavers are looking for Audiologists or Hearing Aid Dispensers for a number of stores in Scotland, from bustling cities to idyllic and peaceful locations. If growing your own business, looking after your private customers, serving your community, creating an asset for your family’s future and enjoying the profits of all your hard work sound up your street then this could be for you. You don’t have to be in Scotland currently, we are happy to talk to anyone who wishes to relocate from anywhere in the UK.
What does being a Partner mean?
As a Hearcare joint venture partner, you will lead the audiology side of the business with the aim of providing the very best in patient care. Our business ownership model allows you to use your expertise and experience to give the gift of hearing back to people who need it most, all whilst growing a business and building an asset for your (and your family’s) future. Working in collaboration with your optical and retail partner, you will have responsibility for the day-to-day running of the business, ensuring its long-term growth and success. You’ll own shares in the business so alongside your basic salary you’re able to withdraw dividends from the business, that’s 50% of the operating profit in your back pocket.
