The Opportunity

The Audiology business in Kings Lynn is firmly established and performing extremely well. The store receives tremendous footfall everyday due to its’ ideal location on the main high street in town, which has allowed the store to grow extremely quickly. The store is in an outstanding position to capitalise upon the success that the Audiology business has already experienced. Kings Lynn has one dedicated Audiology testing room, as does each of its’ spoke stores. The existing Partners of the store are supportive and dedicated towards maximising the growth of the Audiology business.

There is outstanding potential in this business for an aspiring Partner who can build effective relationships with their spoke stores.

The Role

With growing demand for Audiology services across the UK and a recent influx of NHS patients migrating to private suppliers like us, there’s never been a better time to take up the reins and own your own Specsavers Audiology business.

Start your life as an Audiology business owner with the security of an exceptionally competitive salary combined with 100% of your share in the profits. Not only does this unique opportunity have phenomenal earning potential – it’s low risk, high reward.

At Specsavers, the patient always comes first. Our business ownership model allows you to use your expertise and experience to give the gift of hearing back to people who need it most, all whilst growing a business and building an asset for your (and your family’s) future.

First and foremost, you’ll still be a clinician dedicated to changing the lives of your patients – but now, as a business owner, you’ll also be changing the lives of your very own team. At the pinnacle of your Audiology career you’ll be in a position to support the future of the profession and have a real feeling of pride every morning when you walk into your own business.

At Specsavers, we are changing perceptions of Audiology; making it more accessible to the public and increasing awareness of hearing loss, ear conditions and diseases such as impacted earwax, Tinnitus and Meniere’s Disease. We are passionate about de-stigmatising hearing loss by ensuring ease of access to our service for both NHS and private customers.

Our Specsavers Audiology Partners lead from the front, driving the highest standards of clinical care as we embrace new technology and take on new challenges. Developments in hearing are transforming lives and we’re proud to bring our customers the best products and even better prices.

Kings Lynn is a beautiful market town, situated in Norfolk on the East coast of England. King’s Lynn has always been a centre for the fishing and seafood industry trading its main products of inshore prawns, shrimps and cockles across the country. There have also been glass-making and small-scale engineering works throughout the years, with many fairground and steam engines being built in the town.

Since 2004, there has been extensive work carried out to regenerate the entire town through a multi million pound project, whilst maintaining the historic charm that is one of the town’s main features. The Vancouver Shopping Centre benefited from this considerable investment, with the existing building being completely refurbished, an extension added and a brand new multi storey car park being built. The town has several large public parks, the largest one being the Walks, a historic 17-hectare urban park in the centre of King’s Lynn, which recently benefited from a £4.3 million investment to completely restore the park and construct modern amenities.

King’s Lynn railway station provides access to a number of other main train stations, such as London Kings Cross and Cambridge. The town has seen considerable investment in its’ roads, allowing for an simple, convenient route across the town and further afield. The town is connected to Norwich, Peterborough and Spalding through a number of main roads, with the north of the country accessible via the A17.
