Specsavers in Salisbury are looking for an Audiologist or Hearing Aid Dispenser to become the new Store Partner, Director and Business Owner. What does being a Partner mean?

As a Hearcare joint venture partner, you will lead the audiology side of the business with the aim of providing the very best in patient care. Our business ownership model allows you to use your expertise and experience to give the gift of hearing back to people who need it most, all whilst growing a business and building an asset for your (and your family’s) future.


Working in collaboration with your optical and retail partner, you will have responsibility for the day-to-day running of the business, ensuring its long-term growth and success.


You’ll own shares in the business so alongside your basic salary you’re able to withdraw dividends from the business – at Salisbury that’s 50% of the operating profit in your back pocket.

Specsavers in Salisbury first opened it’s doors as an optical business in 20 years ago, before adding Audiology in 2012. The store sits in a prominent position just off the main high street and are fully established in Audiology across both Salisbury, and their spoke store in Andover.  This business is both welcomed and embedded within the community, and have sponsored many local charity events!


A team of 28 dedicated and passionate colleagues call this store home. The existing Optics and Retail Partners are really passionate about the clinical development of the team, and as the new Audiology Director you would have the scope to advise on training requirements, introduce new specialisms and build/shape the team further as required.
