This role is to be the core BA for Newmedica, a growing player in the clinical sector. An experience Business Analyst with excellent customer skills is required for this applications development and integration project. 

 

THE INDIVIDUAL

     

    EXPERIENCE & KNOWLEDGE

     

    You will have proven business analysis experience of change initiatives in a variety of business areas. Any specialist knowledge of healthcare would be an advantage. You will be able to show great communication skills with the ability to lead co-workers in requirements management to achieve great results. You will have obtained formal professional BA qualifications, but also has hands-on experience in defining and implementing BA related standards, tools, and techniques in larger organisations. You can also demonstrate improvements embedded on processes and capabilities across a BA community or team in a matrix environment.  

     

    You will be proficient in a wide variety of industry standard business analysis techniques that encompass the full scope of the business analysis job role.  Including but not limited to: 

     

    • Acceptance and evaluation criteria definition 
    • Business rules analysis 
    • Elicitation techniques (e.g. Interviews, observation, workshops, surveys/questionnaires, document analysis) 
    • Non-functional requirements analysis 
    • Modelling, including organisation modelling and business process modelling (as-is and to-be) 
    • Prototyping 
    • Scenarios, use cases, & user stories 
    • Vendor assessment 
    • Techniques must cover waterfall and agile project methodologies as well as those that support     package implementations. 
    • Understand the tools that are used in the BA role and must have experience of using requirements management tools (e.g. Blueprint) 
    • Understand how services operate internally and externally within the health sector and wider environment including government regulations and laws.   
    • An understanding of how solutions support service functions

    Your Education and Qualifications will be similar to: 

     

    • ISEB Diploma in Business Analysis  
    • IIBA CBAP or equivalent 
    • Degree level qualification or equivalent
