Call Centre/ Admin Assistant

Location: Epsom Hearcare

Hours: Full time – 40 hours (to include weekend working)

Salary: Up to £26,000 (depending on experience)

We’re looking for someone to join our Hearcare team as an Administrator.


In this role you will be our customers first point of contact when they call in. You’ll therefore need to be a natural when it comes to customer care – articulate, good with people and always happy to help.


In addition to basic clerical work, you will be required to organise the audiologists workload, deal with customers and be able to search information on numerous databases.  You will be required to book and reschedule appointments over the phone and face to face.


Main duties will include:

  • Full responsibility for diary management for our Audiology stores
  • Booking, rebooking, cancelling appointments
  • Helping customers on the phone with basic hearing aid queries
  • Answering emails, messages and calls from customers and colleagues
  • Triaging calls and signposting customers to correct services
  • Making sure the diary is booked effectively, in accordance with business needs
  • Supporting the clinical team 
  • Sending confirmations letters to patients
  • Opening post

We’ll also be looking for an organised approach, and a good standard of education in written English and Mathematic, and confidence with Microsoft Office.


Within this role you’ll also be required to complete and post orders, receive and check deliveries, and maintain Hearcare accessories and aids displays.
