Location: Northampton 

Working hours: 40hrs per week – to include 1 Weekend Day

At Specsavers, we’re looking for someone with a real passion to deliver outstanding levels of customer care, ensuring our patients receive the best experience in our store. Joining our team as a Contact Lens Assistant, you’ll have a desire to provide an excellent service to our customers and the ability to communicate with friendly & professional approach.

 

With experience in a similar role, or as an Optical Assistant looking to utilise your passion for contact lenses, you’ll already know the basics. Some of your key tasks will include:

  • Promoting contact lenses in store & providing customers with detailed and accurate advice
  • Making them aware of the different types of lenses available & their advantages
  • Helping patients to understand how to use and care for their contact lenses
  • Using your knowledge to provide customers with the most up to date information around pricing and offers

 

You’ll play your part within the team, working together to help deliver the best service, ensuring all customers find the right lenses at the right price.
