Salary: Competitive dependent on experience

Hours: Full time – 37.5 hours or Part time (Weekend work is essential)

Experience level: Previous Optical experience is essential for this role


Joining our team as a Contact Lens Supervisor, you’ll have a desire and passion to provide an excellent service to our customers and the ability to communicate with friendly & professional approach, ensuring our patients receive the best experience in our store. You’ll  be responsible for handling orders and dealing directly with customers in the contact centre clinic, as well as supporting other staff members, providing training and ensuring they are familiar with store systems. 


With experience in a similar role, or as an Optical Assistant looking to utilise your passion for contact lenses, you’ll already know the basics. Some of your key tasks will include:

  • Promoting contact lenses in store & providing customers with detailed and accurate advice
  • Making them aware of the different types of lenses available & their advantages
  • Helping patients to understand how to use and care for their contact lenses
  • Using your knowledge to provide customers with the most up to date information around pricing and offers


You’ll play your part within the team, working together to help deliver the best service, ensuring all customers find the right lenses at the right price.
