Position: Contact Lens Optician
Location: Chelmsford, Essex
Salary: £38,000 per annum + lucrative bonus scheme  + £6,000 joining bonus to be paid on successful completion of probation (terms apply)

Working Hours: Full time including four weekdays and one weekend day per week
Experience Level: Role is suited to newly qualified or experienced contact lens professionals, you must be GOC registered.

Your role in this is crucial. With one in three UK contact lens wearers coming to us for lenses and advice, we ensure that millions of people get the right lenses, at a price they can afford.

 

In this key role, you’ll work to the highest professional standards, providing a contact lens fitting and aftercare service that’s in a whole different league. You’ll work to boost sales, profit and customer loyalty – exceeding customers’ needs as well as business objectives. In effect, you’ll be our resident expert, sharing your knowledge with customers and staff alike, all while working alongside our dedicated professionals, using the latest equipment.

Alongside being a qualified and GOC registered Contact Lens Optician, we are searching for someone who shares our store’s ethos. Someone who wants to grow, develop and offer exceptional customer care along the way. We want a practitioner who prides themselves on their clinical judgment, that isn’t afraid of a hands-on approach and who is keen to get involved and build rapport with the rest of the team. In summary, we’re looking for a skilled Contact Lens Optician to join us, be part of the team and assist in driving our practice forward.
