We are looking for a CRM Manager to join our award-winning marketing team to support the delivery of market-leading, customer-centric campaigns.  Specsavers is undergoing a revolution in marketing with a shift from producing communications to delivering customer experiences through a wide-ranging CRM and digital transformation programme.

 

The Role

As CRM Manager, you’ll be responsible for the execution, optimisation and monitoring of multi-channel CRM campaigns and regular communication programmes.   Our campaigns include both acquisition and retention initiatives, business to business, and business to consumer, covering a broad range of direct media, including direct mail, email and mobile.

 

In addition, you will:

  • Be responsible for the day-to-day management and execution of targeted CRM campaigns.
  • Brief campaigns to the technical developer team, to ensure accurate selection of target audience, segments and variable content placement.
  • Manage ongoing campaigns to ensure campaigns/programmes hit required deadlines.
  • Be responsible for running and adhering to campaign workflows and customer selection, ensuring a high level of accuracy and proactively developing and evolving these processes for continuous improvement.
  • Tracking and monitoring of expenditure and budgets.
  • Working with the CRM agency or The Agency (Creative), brief in content changes for CRM campaigns.
  • Day to day management of 3rd party providers including briefing data services agencies, print & fulfilment houses.
  • Monitoring trends and ongoing performance and where appropriate, communicating
  • changes to key stakeholders.

 

The Experience

  • Experience in a Marketing/CRM role
  • Experience in delivering multi-channel data-driven campaigns using marketing automation tools such as Adobe Campaign
  • Analytical approach and concise ways of working
  • Good project management and planning skills 
  • Good understanding of GDPR requirements
  • Able to work at pace with sometimes multiple priorities hitting tight deadlines
  • Inquisitive nature and drives for continuous improvement 
  • Good analytical skills with ability to navigate through complexity & ambiguity
