We are looking for a CRM Manager to join our award-winning marketing team to support the delivery of market-leading, customer-centric campaigns. Specsavers is undergoing a revolution in marketing with a shift from producing communications to delivering customer experiences through a wide-ranging CRM and digital transformation programme.
As CRM Manager, you’ll be responsible for the execution, optimisation and monitoring of multi-channel CRM campaigns and regular communication programmes. Our campaigns include both acquisition and retention initiatives, business to business, and business to consumer, covering a broad range of direct media, including direct mail, email and mobile.
