Here at Specsavers, you’ll play a pivotal role in managing all property matters within your division.  You’ll be accountable for new space acquisitions, ensuring cost-effective estate management services, and supporting departmental aims to grow the estate while controlling costs and minimising risks.   

In this role, you’ll lead property transactions for new stores, relocation, and expansions, ensuring compliance with company guidelines and conducting thorough due diligence.  Managing asset portfolios, dealing with lease renewals and rent reviews , as well as ensuring accurate financial data.   

Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Retail Support and Business Development, will be essential to meet targets and develop strategies.  Your strong network of contacts in the retail property space will be utilised to support company aims.   

 

We’re looking for someone with advanced knowledge of landlord and tenant laws, project management skills, and the ability to foster open communication and strong relationships with stakeholders.  Ideally, we would love someone who has experience of working in the Midlands/East of England with a strong network of contacts with agents, landlords and developers in this area.
