Hours: Full Time – 40 hours (to include weekend working)

Salary: Up to £10.62ph

Our trainee roles at Specsavers are not your ordinary sales positions – you will join the team as a Front of House/ Admin Assistant bringing your valued retail, customer service or admin knowledge to meet the caring values and optical expertise of our brand, making sure every patient receives the best care in our stores.

As the stores Front of House, you’ll give every customer a warm welcome and listen closely to what they want. You’ll then answer any queries, provide the lowdown on our products and explain any offers that are available. You’ll help them choose the frame to suit the style and face. Your efforts have the potential to make a big impact on both customer loyalty and sales – so there are no doubt you’ll be a key member of the team.

You will also be:

• Answering all telephone calls in a prompt, clear and friendly manner 
• Transferring calls efficiently 
• Responding to customer enquiries
• Ensuring customer details are captured accurately when booking appointments 
• Optical administration
• Updating & filing records
• Processing invoices
• Sending out correspondence
