Job Role: Hearcare Administrative assistant

Hours: 37.5 p/w

Days: Monday to Friday (Saturday holiday cover essential)

Normal place of work: Totton Hearcare Hub store (so40)

As a hearcare administrative assistant, you’ll make sure every customer gets a great experience either on the phone or when they come into our very busy dedicated hearing centre in Totton. It means listening to what they need, explaining our products, services and booking the right appointments for all their hearcare needs. You’ll work to BSHAA guidelines (as well as our own high standards), give good, clear advice and make a positive impression, thanks to your polite and professional approach. This full-time role is Monday to Friday, but flexibility is essential for Saturday holiday cover throughout the year. 

  

To secure this role, you will have a real passion for providing fantastic customer care. Previous Specsavers experience or experience of working within a Hearcare environment, is preferred. We’ll continue to develop and expand your knowledge of hearing services and our products. You’ve already demonstrated that you’re a natural when it comes to customer care, you’re articulate, good with people with an organised approach and always happy to help, so you’ll fit right in as a valuable member of our friendly store team, joining a business that’s going places.
