We are currently recruiting for a home-based IT Network and Infrastructure Coordinator based in the London area to work alongside our Network project teams who manage the IT equipment installation in our stores. This role requires you to understand our whole process of how we manage the installation of IT equipment as part of a refit or opening of a new store, who is involved and all the activities that take place as part of that process. You will then work with internal stakeholders to map and review the process, identify where change can be made and make recommendations for improvements that increase efficiency and reduce error rates, while tracking workflow and communicating progress to all teams.
To be successful, you will need to have working knowledge and understanding of IT infrastructure and Networking with experience in PC and servicer hardware. You will have a keen interest in process improvements and can collaborate and influence with a variety of stakeholders. You should be able to visit our stores to understand our processes and how they are implemented.
