Main Purpose of the Team

The Audiology Marketing team are responsible for managing the strategic and operational marketing plan for the Audiology business. This team sits within the UK/IRE/ESP Marketing and eCommerce department and works closely with the Audiology Operations Team.


Main Purpose of the Role

The Marketing Manager is responsible for the implementation of a national marketing strategy and business growth targets for the audiology business. In addition, they manage campaign implementation and in support of/consultation with the broader UK/ROI marketing/PR teams.


Key Skills, Ability or Experience

  • Experienced commercial marketing manager
  • The ability to work in a fast paced and changing environment and willing to take ownership
  • Strong stakeholder and relationship management including the ability to influence at a senior level
  • Strong persuasion, negotiation, motivation and communication skills
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Strong team player and ability to work within a remote team
  • Commercial awareness and able to manage projects, monitor and report on return on investment
