Brand New Job Role: Office Manager – Domiciliary Clinical Co-ordinator Team
Location: Birchwood
Salary: £25,000 – £28,000 per annum based on experience
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week
Experience Required: A natural leader with experience in Optics and a track history in Management.

You will masterfully co-ordinate clinics across the region, ensuring they run smoothly and efficiently.
Your role will be a bridge between our internal and external world, making our booking system soar to new heights. Your excellent communication and co-ordination skills will ensure our field based team of Optometrists and Optical Assistants have everything they need to deliver an outstanding service, every day!
Our patients are our world, and you’ll be their guiding star. With your optical prowess, you’ll communicate confidently and warmly, ensuring their eyecare needs are met.
You thrive in a reactive environment and be able to take it all in your stride – your dynamic role allowing you to encompass everything from exemplary customer care to overseeing spectacle orders and ensuring every step of the customer journey is seamless.
Your PC skills must be absolutely top-notch, keeping our database up to date and patient files current, allowing for the most efficient clinic days.
