About The Role

 

Specsavers have an exciting opportunity for a GOC registered Optometrist in Croydon. We’re seeking an Optometrist ready to use their passion and knowledge to help us build on our ever-growing and loyal customer base. 

 

Specsavers in Croydon are a community-focused store, dedicated to ensuring that every one of our customers receive market leading patient experience. The store recently had an exciting refurbishment, which has enhanced both the customer and colleague environment. There is an OCT/Tonoref III and photoropters. 

 

You will be supported by a great team of Optometrists, two of which are pre-reg due to qualify, as well as the wider team. There are regular team social events including meals out, annual summer and Christmas party.

 

We are passionate about the clinical development of our team and as our new Optometrist, we would support you with extra courses and specialisms that interest you. Whatever your ambitions, from WOPEC qualifications and independent prescribing to paediatric accreditations or enhanced optical services, we’ll do everything we can to help you be the best clinician you can be.

We are ideally looking for MECS accredited Optometrists but this is not essential. The right person for this position will be confident, possess a strong worth ethic and a willingness to succeed. You’ll be passionate about your job and enjoy a fast-paced environment. We are looking for an Optometrist who will go the extra mile for our customers and someone who encourages their colleagues to do the same. In summary, we’re looking for a high calibre resident Optometrist to join us and assist in driving this excellent practice forward.

Position: Trainee Dispensing Optician 
Location: West Ealing, North West London
Salary: up to £25,000 per annum + bonus scheme (up to £3,000 per annum) 
Working hours: Full Time (minimum of four days per week)
Experience level: You must be a GOC registered and training as a Dispensing Optician

 

Specsavers in Ealing, North West London, are looking for a Trainee Dispensing Optician to join their team. The focus at this store, is about pulling together and working as a team to ensure that our valued patients have an excellent experience. Become our new Trainee Dispensing Optician at Specsavers in Ealing – a highly successful store with a great reputation for staff progression and the very highest standards of customer care.
