Salary: Salary of up to £65,000 depending on experience

Working hours: Full or Part Time considered

About The Role

 

Specsavers have an exciting opportunity for a GOC registered Optometrist in Feltham. We are having an exciting refurb of the store in April so both yours and the patient experience will be even more enhanced! 

 

Specsavers in Feltham are a community-focused store, dedicated to ensuring that every one of our customers receive market leading patient experience. The store is currently undergoing an exciting refurbishment, which will enhance both the customer and colleague environment. There are 4 test rooms, 3 with phoropters in as 1 is a room for our pre-reg’s and we have a rolling clinic.

 

You will be supported by a great team of Optometrists, two of which are pre-reg and are due to qualify soon, as well as the wider team. There are regular team social events, annual summer and Christmas party.

 

We are passionate about the clinical development of our team and as our new Optometrist, we would support you with extra courses and specialisms that interest you. Whatever your ambitions, from WOPEC qualifications and independent prescribing to paediatric accreditations or enhanced optical services, we’ll do everything we can to help you be the best clinician you can be.

Aside from being a GOC registered Optometrist, the right person for this position will be confident, possess a strong worth ethic and a willingness to succeed. You’ll be passionate about your job and enjoy a fast-paced environment. We are looking for an Optometrist who will go the extra mile for our customers and someone who encourages their colleagues to do the same. In summary, we’re looking for a high calibre resident Optometrist to join us and assist in driving this excellent practice forward.
