Don’t just take our word for it:

“Making the decision to work for the Medway Directors has been the best career choice I’ve made!  From the my first interview , they made me feel welcomed and the support promised was more than delivered! From supporting me to pursue my medical retina exams to my pathway exams, they helped me develop both clinically and professionally. I never had the intentions to become a director of my own store till I witnessed the Medway Directors successfully run their stores and most importantly their team and Optometrists . It was and is evident they value their Optometrists and their successes and I wouldn’t be the Optometrist and Director I am today without owing a lot of that to the Medway Directors! Without a doubt would not hesitate to recommend anyone to work with them , in any of their stores. Thank you once again!”

What we’re looking for

Alongside being a qualified and GOC registered Optometrist, we are searching for someone who shares our store’s ethos. Someone who wants to grow, develop and offer exceptional customer care along the way. We want a practitioner who prides themselves on their clinical judgment, that isn’t afraid of a hands-on approach and who is keen to get involved and build rapport with the rest of the team. In summary, we’re looking for a skilled resident Optometrist, to be part of the team and assist in driving our practice forward.
