Position: Optometrist
Location: Launceston
Salary: Up to £65,000 + £10,000 joining bonus + £8,000 relocation assistance (terms apply)
Working hours: Full time or Part time hours considered – flexible on your needs and requirements.
Fixed Term Contracts also considered.
Experience level: You must be a GOC registered Optometrist.

Our store
Equipped with 6 test rooms, each is fully equipped with the latest clinical technology; we have been using OCT since 2008. We offer a range of enhanced clinical services including post cataract, MECS, IOP refinement, OHT & stable glaucoma monitoring, glaucoma follow-up and OCT image diagnostics. We always aim to be the very best we can be – both clinically and in terms of customer service. Our experienced, diverse, and friendly team are always on hand to offer support and take care of patient’s needs, meaning that as our new Optometrist, you can focus on offering a first-class sight test to our loyal customers. Rachel, one of our store partners, has close working ties with Plymouth University, supporting the supervision of 3rd Year Optometry Students. You are guaranteed to receive the very best training and development under her guidance.
What we’re looking for
Alongside being a qualified and GOC registered Optometrist, we are searching for someone who shares our store’s ethos. Someone who wants to grow, develop, and offer exceptional customer care along the way. We want a practitioner who prides themselves on their clinical judgment, that isn’t afraid of a hands-on approach and who is keen to get involved and build rapport with the rest of the team. In summary, we’re looking for a skilled resident Optometrist to join us, be part of the team and assist in driving our practice forward.
