This is a remote based role but we do require you to travel to collaborate with your team and meet with stakeholders when required.
What will you be doing
As a Search Consultant you will look after the attraction and sourcing of Joint Venture Partners into Specsavers UK/ROI. Supporting the business by utilising industry knowledge and expertise together with professional networks to identify and secure outstanding partner talent. Promoting the delivery of our direct sourcing strategy whilst delivering a credible resourcing service to the business during the entire recruitment lifecycle, ensuring the most cost effective and efficient recruitment methods are utilised to support and deliver existing partner needs whilst delivering a first class candidate experience.

Senior hire recruitment experience gained within and Internal recruitment function
