The role


This role is pivotal to driving close and effective working relationships with our partners.  As the main contact for partners you will ensure they receive the support they need to effectively manage, develop and grow their businesses. 


You will work closely with the partners to deliver the Specsavers annual plan across your region and will deliver this via a mix of hands on support and guidance, as well as coordinating support provided to partners from the wider Specsavers support office teams. 


Skills and Experience 

  • Ability to build strong personal and meaningful business relationships
  • Confidence to influence and challenge to ensure the right business outcomes
  • Ability to coach and guide to help achieve the required outcomes
  • Must live in region – Hampshire
  • Ability to effectively manage stakeholder relationships
  • Is commercially astute and able to think innovatively and creatively to resolve problems
  • Strong financial and analytical skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively and at all levels
