Working hours: Full time or part time considered (Weekend work is essential)

Experience Level: Optical & hearcare experience not essential, full training will be provided

As an Optical Advisor and Administrator, you’ll make sure every customer gets a great experience when they come into our store. The role involves optical and hearcare administration, answering calls and transferring to the relevant person ensuring the best customer service, and minimal waiting times. You'll also be working on the shop floor explaining our offers and products, and dispensing single vision, bifocal and varifocal lenses. You’ll work to NHS guidelines (as well as our own high standards), give good, clear advice and make a positive impression, thanks to your polite and professional approach.


You’ll receive all the development and training needed, but to secure this role you will need to have a real passion for providing fantastic customer care. You’ll demonstrate that you are articulate, good with people with an organised approach and always happy to help, so you’ll fit right in as a valuable member of our friendly store team, joining a business that’s going places.
