About the store
Specsavers Kilburn is a long-standing business, open for the past 23 years. The current partners have recently invested in updating all equipment across the store, and in the seven test rooms. Two OCT’s are also in place, along with two pre test rooms as well.
Kilburn has a great team, including both clinical and retail, with 7 resident optometrists that have all stayed on since completing pre reg.
Kilburn is also an audiology hub, services several other stores in the local area.
Requirements of the role
The new Retail Partner will be a proven retailer with experience in Optics. The right person for this position will be confident, possess a strong worth ethic and a willingness to succeed. You’ll be passionate about your job and enjoy a fast-paced environment whilst leading and inspiring your teams to be the best that they can be. You’ll be willing to go the extra mile for customers and someone who encourages their team to do the same.
