As part of the Marketing team you are responsible for creating analytical solutions to provide insights and recommendations that help improve the customer experience. Your core responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining and analysing global CRM KPIs such as retention and journey engagement
  • Preparing and presenting compelling analysis findings covering customer and digital data
  • Creating and maintaining reporting and dashboards to optimise campaign performance and optimisation across marketing and CRM using SQL, Python and visualisation tools


To be successful, you’ll have:

  • Good understanding of data visualisation tools such as Tableau or PowerBI and work experience of statistics and how it relates to campaign optimisation
  • Experience of analysing large data sets in a data lake and managing transactional data
  • Good coding skills, having used SQL or Python in a commercial environment
  • A collaborative approach to working, with good relationship building and stakeholder management skills


We can consider homeworking with travel to our Whiteley office as and when required post Covid-19.
