Supervisor / In-store Trainer

Store: Specsavers Cirencester

Hours: 38.5 hours – weekend working essential 

Salary: Dependent on experience



As our Supervisor / In-store Trainer, you’ll make sure that the store runs like clockwork. That means supporting other staff, making sure they’re familiar with systems and helping to deliver training. You’ll also be responsible for handling orders and dealing directly with customers, ensuring our high standards are maintained at all times.

With your previous team leader / management experience and solid knowledge of what an excellent store looks like – you’ll help manage day-to-day operations, ensure performance goals are met, develop commercial opportunities and support with the recruitment & induction of new staff members.
