Supervisor
Location: Sheerness, Kent
Working hours: Full Time – 37.5 hours (to include working Saturdays)
Salary: 11.62ph
Experience level: Previous experience in optics, and supervising a team is essential for this role
As a Supervisor you’ll make sure that the store runs like clockwork. That means supporting other staff, making sure they’re familiar with systems and helping to deliver training. You’ll also be responsible for handling orders and dealing directly with customers in the contact centre clinic.

You’ve got solid experience in the optical industry, so you know exactly what a superb store looks like.
