As an Automation Test Manager here at Specsavers you will be responsible for owning the test automation strategy and capability of our technology delivery function. Deriving, improving, and managing the resource, tools and processes that make up the capability as well as governing its application to delivery, with a focus on ensuring its application ensures the most effective assurance to enable quality informed delivery at pace
To be successful
You will be expected to be self-motivated and able to communicate and support delivery team development and education, drawing from their experience. Working with a broad range and level of stakeholders and to be the trusted expert and advisor.
