Opticianry roles
As front-line eyecare professionals and vision architects, licensed /registered opticians are crucial to providing high-quality patient care, as they directly and significantly influence a patient’s quality of life. Specsavers is committed to empowering opticians to provide services that allows them to utilize their entire skillsets and full scope of practice. Our dispensing opticians and contact lens practitioners are encouraged to foster lasting relationships with patients and customers.

Retail roles
Our retail team is the face of Specsavers and every day is different. Each team members is trained to support our customers throughout registration, pre-test and choosing their glasses or contact lenses. We believe in investing in you; you can develop your knowledge and skills through our training app so you can access on-demand learning when it suits you.
If you are a team player with a passion for customer care, we have the right career path for you. At Specsavers, you can also aim to own your own Specsavers store one day. Many of our store partners begin their Specsavers journey working in store and now lead enthusiastic teams of their own across the country.
