The role

Location: This role which requires at least 3 days on-site at our office in Burnaby and up to 2 days remote per week.

 

 

Salary: $66,000 - $71,000
Actual compensation within the range will be based on experience
We also offer quarterly variable compensation package (bonus) + benefits

What You’ll Do

You’ll play a key role in supporting the Product Team with the execution of the Canadian product strategy. You’ll manage the mock store and sample room, coordinate product launches and pricing, and ensure effective communication across channels. You’ll also be the go-to for product-related Service Now tickets and support cross-functional collaboration with IT, Retail, and Marketing teams.

 

Purpose of the Role

To provide operational and administrative support to the Product Team, ensuring the smooth delivery of product initiatives and the effective management of the accessories category. This role is essential in maintaining product presentation standards, driving communication, and supporting the execution of merchandising and planning activities.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

Merchandising & Planning

  • Maintain presentation standards in the mock store and sample rooms.
  • Manage the monthly store stock take process.
  • Support store merchandising plans and product-related communications.
  • Collaborate with Marketing on joint initiatives.

 

Administration

  • Coordinate price changes and product lifecycle updates (launches/discontinuations).
  • Deliver clear and timely product communications across channels.
  • Manage and resolve product-related Service Now tickets.
  • Assist with weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting.

 

Accessories Management

  • Partner with suppliers and demand planning to manage assortment and inventory.
  • Respond to store queries and requests related to accessories.

 

What We’re Looking For

 

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 2 years of administrative experience.
  • Strong customer focus and ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments.

 

Desirable Skills & Experience

  • Retail experience, which'll be especially helpful if you have it within a optical product environment.
  • InDesign or Photoshop experience would be beneficial
  • Demonstrated success in delivering innovative product solutions in retail.
  • Passion for the products and customer experience.
  • High proficiency in computer systems and tools.
