Our network groups
We’re proud to say we have team member-led network groups – run by our people for our people – available to everyone across the business. These groups listen to the needs of all people and focus on championing inclusion for everyone.
PRISM
Our team member-led LGBTTQIA+ network that brings together people within the business to help broaden our scope and feel of inclusivity and diversity and see things queerly. PRISM works to increase visibility, provide education and connect our LGBTTQIA+ communities.
Parent-Hood
Parent-Hood a parents’ network that brings current, new and expecting parents together within the business to offer the support, visibility and inclusion to be our own village. Through Parent-Hood we seek ideas and advice around being a parent and finding an optimal and sustainable work/family life balance.
