What's it like in store?
Our store teams work closely with the independent clinic onsite to offer our customers and patients the best possible eyecare. They’re often the first person a customer or patient speaks to and the last person they see. And while traditional customer service and retail skills are needed here, you’ll also learn about frames, frame styling, lenses, pre-testing, and more. There are plenty of opportunities for development and the ability to move roles or teams. We’ll support you to get the most out of your career, even helping you to develop so that you could own your own business one day.
