Our retail team is the face of Specsavers and every day is different. Each team members is trained as an eyecare consultant to support our customers throughout registration, pre-test and choosing their glasses or contact lenses. We believe in investing in you. You can develop your knowledge and skills through our training app so you can access on-demand learning when it suits you.

Extended Health and Employee Assistance Program

As part of the CanadaLife extended health plan, our retail associates also benefit from the Employee Assistance Program (EAP) which provides access to emergency services and health and wellness resources. Team members will be able to address personal and work-related concerns through services including: counselling, family/elder care support, financial assistance, legal services, health coaching, nutritional guidance, stress management, and leadership tools.
