Hi! I am Kasia  

I’m a Resourcing Partner at Specsavers, specialising in connecting talented professionals with opportunities in audiology and domiciliary. I have also previously recruited optometrists, dispensing opticians, and contact lens opticians for Specsavers . My focus is on supporting candidates throughout their professional journeys, ensuring each position aligns with their aspirations while contributing to Specsavers’ success. 
 
Building strong relationships is at the heart of what I do. I take pride in understanding the needs of both candidates and our partners within the audiology and domiciliary sector, leveraging my knowledge of the industry to identify and attract the right talent for every role. 
 
When I’m not helping people achieve their career goals, you’ll likely find me exploring new corners of the world—I’m an avid traveller. I also have a deep love for animals, which reflects my empathetic approach to work and life.
