Hi, I’m Stephanie! I’m the Clinical Recruitment Manager for Ontario at Specsavers, supporting the brand’s rapid expansion across Canada. Since 2018, I’ve been working as a recruiter across diverse industries, both in agency and in-house roles. I’m passionate about connecting with optometrists, sharing Specsavers' patient-first philosophy, and helping candidates find clinics where they can achieve their long-term career goals. One of the most rewarding parts of my role is seeing associate optometrists I’ve placed grow into partners and business owners.
