Hi, I’m Gabby – Partner Recruitment Coordinator in the Partner Recruitment team. I stepped into this role in early 2024, but my journey with Specsavers began back in 2016 as an Optical Assistant. Since then, I’ve held a variety of roles across the business, each one deepening my understanding of our operations and strengthening my passion for partnership. In my current role, I support future Specsavers partners across ANZ throughout their recruitment journey – from coordinating presentations and managing communications to being a consistent and reliable point of contact.
