Creating a buzz

Our stores are vibrant and busy retail environments, and anyone with a passion for outstanding customer service who enjoys leading in a team environment would fit right in.

As the Store Manager, you’ll support store partners in the day-to-day operation of the store, which will include the coaching and development of staff members, rostering, stock management, and management of the customer resolution process – while continually seeking to improve the delivery of products and services to customers.

You will develop a thorough understanding of store budgets and be responsible for keys areas of the business, such as customer engagement, financial status and team management.
