The role & team
We have an exciting opportunity for a driven and energetic Assistant Store Accountant to join our dynamic and supportive Audiology Finance team on a permanent full-time basis.
Reporting to the Regional Financial Accounting Manager, you will partner closely with stakeholders across the business and take ownership of preparing monthly and annual financial statements for a diverse portfolio of audiology shared venture stores in Australia. In this role, you will prepare profit and loss statements and balance sheet reconciliations, prepare journals, conduct analytical reviews, provide commentary on significant variances, and respond to queries. You will also facilitate the lodgement of monthly and quarterly BAS, assist with year‑end tax return filings in liaison with our internal Tax Manager, and support the broader team as we pursue our growth ambitions.
We believe in adopting a hybrid approach to support our people and the future of work. When not working from an alternate location, this role will be based at our support office in Port Melbourne.
