The Role & Team
We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Department Coordinator to join our Audiology team. In this key role, you will provide vital support to the Managing Director of Audiology, the Audiology Leadership Group, and the broader department, ensuring daily operations run seamlessly. Reporting directly to the Managing Director of Audiology, you will lead the coordination of various department activities, including financial tasks such as processing invoices and expenses, managing travel arrangements, preparing reports, and offering adaptable support to meet the team’s changing priorities.
In addition to managing administrative responsibilities like organising events, scheduling meetings, and recording minutes, you will play a crucial role in supporting projects, initiatives and overall department efficiency. As a valued member of a collaborative and fast-paced team, you will build strong working relationships across the ANZ region using your excellent communication and interpersonal skills to encourage collaboration and streamline processes. Your proactive and flexible mindset will enable you to take on diverse tasks, helping drive success and enhance business performance across the department.
