The Role & Team

The Audiology Clinical Performance Consultant is a key support role within the Specsavers Audiology Field Support team. Reporting into the Senior Clinical Performance Consultant, you will ensure consistency in the delivery of audiology services and provide first class levels of customer service to both internal and external stakeholders through facilitating audiology training, coaching and development programs.

Since this role is field-based, regular travel will be required.

 

What we are looking for

  • Qualified Audiologist/Audiometrist with extensive experience working within the Australian Audiology market
  • Demonstrated in depth understanding of the Audiology industry in Australia, in particular the Hearing Services Program
  • Have a current clinical certificate through Audiology Australia, ACAud or HAASA and either have a registered QP number, or be eligible to attain one
  • Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with a variety of stakeholders 
  • Commitment to exceptional customer service levels with the ability to provide clinical coaching and mentoring to maximise customer outcomes
  • Experience facilitating training is highly advantageous 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong influencing and resilience skills
  • Full drivers licence
