The role & team 

The CRM (Customer Relationship Management) Executive role sits within Specsavers world-renowned Marketing department, which works collaboratively with a global brand function. Reporting to the Senior CRM Manager, you will drive customer loyalty to the Specsavers brand by developing and executing targeted communications for existing customers. Your efforts will focus on re-engaging as many previous Specsavers customers as possible through cost-effective CRM activities such as direct mail, email, and SMS. The goal is to achieve both short- and long-term business objectives, increase profitability, foster brand growth, and market share. 

 

In this role you will: 

  • Understand the broader ANZ CRM Annual Plan and assist in the implementation of the CRM activity plan for the year. 
  • Support the execution of the clinical (Recall) and Trade marketing communications to existing customers – including planning, briefing, and collaborating with a range of internal and external stakeholders. 
  • Work with CRM analytics to develop customer insights, report post-campaign results, and evaluate campaign ROI to optimise performance and future effectiveness 
  • Collaborate with Adobe Campaign developers to ensure CRM briefs are understood and to learn about workflow processes and their impact on campaigns outcomes. 
  • Continually contribute to the monitoring and evaluation of campaigns to ensure effectiveness and continuous improvement of CRM activity. Help support how we communicate success and insights to the broader marketing team and business.

What we are looking for 

  • Demonstrated experience as a Marketing/ CRM professional with relevant experience. 
  • Retail related experience is preferred but not essential 
  • Have an analytical mind set with the ability to read, review and respond to customer behaviour to drive campaigns 
  • Have experience working on briefs, defining and challenging them, while showcasing your attention to detail and commitment to the process. 
  • Possess a strong customer service focus and a high level of interpersonal skills with the ability to build strategic working relationships with a diverse range of people. 
  • Have a positive can-do attitude with excellent organisational and time management skills. 
  • Have a high attention to detail and the ability to work to budgets and deadlines. 
  • Be an enthusiastic and genuine team player.
