The role and team

We have an exciting full-time opportunity for an enthusiastic and experienced Demand Planner to join our Planning & Forecasting team

Based out of our Port Melbourne Support office, you will be responsible for Optimising inventory levels, reducing costs, and maximising stakeholder and customer satisfaction. 

You will foster relationships with external suppliers. You’ll collaborate with Business Development, Product, Retail, Marketing, Manufacturing & Distribution and more to ensure precise demand forecasts, efficient inventory management, and seamless information flow. Your efforts will drive effective decision-making, maximizing product availability and minimizing surplus.

So, who are you?

  • A minimum of 2-3 experience in a Demand Planning or Supply planning role, including experience forecasting, demand planning, purchasing and fulfilment (essential)
  • You will have a minimum level of Intermediate Excel skills (essential) and SQL knowledge as an added advantage
  • Strong stakeholder and supplier management skills, with the ability to gather the information to develop business plans for accurate stock forecasting (essential)
  • Ability to analyse large datasets across systems and produce accurate management and KPI reports, interpreting performance data with discretion
  • You will have excellent written, verbal communication skills with the ability build strong relationships and deal with a diverse range of stakeholders
