The Role
We are currently seeking a highly motivated individual to join our Clinical Services as a Dispensing Performance Consultant. You will be responsible for the delivery of the Dispensing Advancement and Clinical Services strategy, including the execution of the Clinical Services plans to achieve excellence in dispensing, great customer experiences, and rewarding dispenser careers. 

This role will provide support to stores through the development of professional training interventions and the continuous improvement of dispensing standards across Australia and New Zealand. It will maintain a consistent approach to delivery, focusing on supporting the partnership in the development of dispensing systems and processes.

You will also be responsible for the following:

  • Plan and deliver aspects of the annual Specsavers Dispensing Conferences (SDC) and mini-SDC-events across ANZ.
  • Provide technical input for POS material, products, the customer journey and other communications/training materials across the business.
  • Work as part of local and global teams to develop, deliver, and enhance systems and tools related to dispensing excellence.
  • Provide store-facing support for the implementation of best practices and initiatives to enhance productivity, improve the customer experience, and achieve superior outcomes

 

About You

  • Reporting to the Head of Dispensing Advancement, you will possess the following skills:
  • A Cert IV in Optical Dispensing/FBDO or equivalent Optical Dispensing qualification
  • Demonstrated capacity to determine priorities, meet strict deadlines and effectively balance competing priorities
  • The ability to work under pressure both independently and as a member of a team
  • Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with a variety of stakeholders
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong influencing skills
  • Flexibility, as some duties will be required outside of work hours as well as some occasional travel
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment is desirable
