About the role and team:

 

The new Insight Capability Hub’s purpose is to champion and support customer centricity and data driven decision making across the business through a globally connected insight function.  Supporting the regional customer journey teams and other capability hubs we’re responsible for helping colleagues turn insight into actions and ultimately making better decisions by understanding our customers and categories better than anyone else. 

 

Reporting to the Head of Insight – Brand Tracking & Campaign Evaluation (who is based in Denmark), this newly created role will support the management of our brand health tracker and marketing campaign evaluation across all our markets globally. The role will be responsible for the day-to-day management and delivery of our brand tracking and campaign reporting across the regions. 

 

Essential skills & experience you will offer:

 

  • Proven experience managing brand health and creative campaign tracking projects
  • Skilled in summarizing market research into actionable insights
  • Proficient in quantitative market research and data discussion with external agencies
  • Experience in project management and multitasking, with strong stakeholder management skills, including external agency partnerships and building productive business relationships.
  • The flexibility to work across different time zones, as many of your colleagues and stakeholders are in the UK and Northern Europe
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A high degree of self-motivation, tenacity, and passion for problem-solving.
  • Comfortable with a fast-paced environment and changing business priorities.
  • Experienced user of PowerPoint, Excel

 

Desirable:

 

  • Experience working in a similar position or in a Business-to-Consumer/B2C business (Retail, travel, Gaming, Leisure, Financial Services etc)
  • Excellent understanding of various consumer research methodologies, including quantitative, qualitative, and desk research.
  • Marketing qualification/degree with experience using KPI dashboards.
  • Previous experience working in a global organization across different time zones, particularly with colleagues and stakeholders in the UK and Northern Europe.

 

Development pathway:

 

Within 3 months

  • Onboard and meet colleagues and be introduced to stakeholders and the tracking agency
  • Understand and use Brand Health Tracker and Campaign Evaluation tools
  • Contribute to a user-friendly dashboard and learn about our regions and countries.

 

Within 6-12 months

  • Manage Brand Health Tracker and Campaign Evaluation
  • Understand industry, strategy, and brand management
  • Support stakeholders with tracking and evaluation queries
  • Provide insights for strategic and tactical projects, as well as identify new applications for insights.
