The Role & Team
We’re currently on the lookout for a talented and passionate Marketing Manager to join our Audiology Marketing team on an 8 month FTC. In this pivotal role, you’ll be responsible for driving brand awareness, customer consideration, and preference for Specsavers Audiology across Australia and New Zealand, helping us achieve our ambitious growth plans.Reporting to the Head of Marketing – Audiology, you’ll lead the end-to-end development and execution of multi-channel campaigns that connect with audiences and drive results. You’ll manage external PR, media and creative agencies, collaborate with internal stakeholders and campaign managers, and lead the execution of high-impact, innovative, and market-leading campaigns.
You’ll lead the Audiology content strategy with a focus on managing strategic brand partnerships and developing engaging native content, while also driving SEO and campaign performance to ensure every brand interaction is meaningful and effective.
We embrace a hybrid work approach to ensure a great work-life balance. When you’re not working remotely, you’ll be based at our Support Office in Port Melbourne, ready to make things happen!
