The Role & Team
We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager to take on a key role in supporting the Audiology business across Australia and New Zealand. In this role, you will be responsible for the development and execution of marketing activities focused on customer retention, engagement, and insights, as well as managing ad-hoc marketing projects. You’ll work closely with the Head of Marketing – Audiology and collaborate with other campaign managers to ensure successful campaign development and creative execution.
Your role will also involve driving improvements, innovation, and optimization to ensure best in market activations. You will take the lead in developing Audiology CRM campaigns and providing valuable customer insights through data analysis and market research. This will require close collaboration with our internal analytics and insights teams, as well as external research agencies.

The Skills We’re Looking For:
Experienced Marketing Manager with a proven track record in developing and executing CRM campaigns or direct digital marketing initiatives.
Proven experience analysing customer data, generating insights, and translating them into actionable marketing strategies.
Demonstrated experience in creating engagement campaigns and loyalty initiatives to improve customer retention.
Experience in conducting or leveraging market research to inform marketing strategies, including working with internal analytics teams and external research agencies.
Familiarity with CRM platforms, email marketing tools, and analytics software for campaign execution and performance tracking.
