What you'll do

Join our fantastic, and friendly team of 13 at Specsavers Jesmond. With over 70 years combined experience in the optics industry – Specsavers Jesmond is known in the community for delivering the highest quality patient care!

A suburb of Newcastle and less than 10km’s from Newcastle CBD, Jesmond is home to a variety of facilities that make it a convenient residential area.

Jesmond Park, Heaton Park and Maclure Reserve provide large open areas in the suburb offering children’s equipment, cycle and walk ways, and picnic areas.

Jesmond’s commercial centre is situated on Blue Gum Road where there are a number of mixed businesses as well as Stockland Mall, a large shopping complex. This area serves Newcastle with a district centre function.

The town has access to the University of Newcastle via public transport bus services, schools as well as Early Education Centres which also offer childcare, located near the Stockland Mall for convenience.

The store is located within Jesmond Central Shopping Centre, anchored by retail drawcards Woolworths and ALDI. The Centre is accessible by public transport as well as ample parking being available if you prefer to drive.
