Specsavers has a rare and exciting opportunity for an experienced Optometrist to become a Joint Venture Partner across two well-established stores in Port Macquarie, New South Wales. With a loyal and growing customer base, our dedicated team of 35 is highly regarded in the community for delivering exceptional patient care.

Nestled along the breathtaking Mid-North Coast of New South Wales, Port Macquarie is a charming town that seamlessly blends coastal beauty with a laid-back lifestyle. Specsavers Port Macquarie first opened in 2009 on Horton Street, a prominent street known for its diverse shopping and dining options. The store itself boasts a generous 280sqm with 4 Optical test rooms, a dedicated Audiology room and 7 dispense desks.

Due to business growth, a second store, Specsavers Port Macquarie West, opened in 2017 at Settlement City Shopping Centre, which is home to over 50 specialty stores, including Big W, Woolworths, and Best & Less. The store is 109sqm in size, with 2 Optical test rooms and 4 dispense desks. Both stores boast and state of the art equipment including OCT, and house 1000+ frames on display.

This opportunity is ideal for an experienced optometrist who understands what it takes to lead and motivate a team. You will have a passion for delivering high-quality clinical care and customer service. This store demographic would offer the successful candidate a fantastic opportunity to experience a variety of pathology and make a positive impact in their local community.
